The Welcome Room

Furnished with generously donated items, the Welcome Room provides a safe place for families to work with members of our Family Advocate and Child Care teams upon arrival.

Practical supplies and information regarding collaborative service organizations are readily available in order to address each family’s unique set of needs.

Parents establish clear goals for the next 72 hours and kids have the opportunity to meet and bond with one of their Child Care Providers. Parents can tour the facility with their children prior to saying goodbye.
